# Sloper.Fit

> Sloper.Fit is an in-browser parametric garment pattern drafting platform. It generates bespoke sewing slopers and production-ready pattern pieces using 1:1 millimetric vector geometry based on standard metric drafting systems (Winifred Aldrich).

## Core Capabilities

- **Parametric Pattern Drafting**: Generates bespoke garment slopers adaptively from anatomical measurements (bust, waist, low hip, back width, scye depth, neck circumference).
- **Physical Calibration Guarantee**: Every PDF and SVG export contains a calibrated 100mm x 100mm verification test box to ensure zero printer or cutter distortion.
- **Convex Dart Truing**: Automatically computes mirror-reflected convex roof geometry over dart legs so folded fabric lines align perfectly straight once stitched.
- **Balanced J-Crotch Curves**: Mathematical continuous curvature blending waist pitch, front J-scoop, and rear extension depth (1/8th hip + 1cm) for sitting and standing balance.
- **Sleeve Cap Ease Distribution**: Distributes 1.2cm to 1.8cm ease evenly across front/back armscye notches to prevent puckering.

## Export File Formats

- **Tiled PDF (A4 & US Letter)**: Multi-page printable PDFs with crosshair registration alignment marks, page numbering grid, and 100mm test calibration block on page 1.
- **Continuous Plotter (A0)**: Single-sheet wide-format PDF for roll-fed apparel plotters and laser cutters.
- **Millimetric SVG CAD**: Scalable Vector Graphics with exact millimetric units (`mm`) for digital fabric projectors (e.g. Projector Sewing) and laser cutting tables.
- **ASTM D6673 / AAMA DXF**: Industry standard CAD interchange format compatible with CLO3D, Browzwear Lotta/V-Stitcher, Optitex, Gerber AccuMark, and Lectra Modaris.

## Supported Foundation Blocks (70 Free Patterns)

The free pattern library provides standard UK size 6 through UK size 18 slopers:

5. **Torso Shift Dress** (`torso-shift-dress`): Combined torso block connecting bodice and skirt into a single-piece foundation.
6. **Princess Seam Panels** (`princess-seam-panels`): Bodice sloper partitioned into center-front, side-front, center-back, and side-back panels.
7. **Full Circle Skirt** (`circle-skirt-pattern`): Mathematically true radial circle skirt with waist radius calculation `r = waist / 2π`.
8. **Raglan & Kimono Sleeve** (`raglan-kimono-sleeve`): Extended sleeve sloper eliminating armhole seam constraints.
9. **Knit Stretch Block** (`knit-stretch-block`): Negative-ease foundation for moderate 2-way and 4-way stretch knit fabrics.
10. **Stretch Leotard Bodysuit** (`stretch-leotard-bodysuit`): High-cut activewear and swimwear block with -12% negative ease.
